The David R. Obey Ice Age Interpretive Center

The Ice Age Interpretive Center is named for David R. Obey, former United States Congressman, who was instrumental in ensuring that the reserve and its interpretive center would be a showplace of glacial history and in extending the Ice Age National Scenic Trail throughout the state.

The center is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The center is closed on Mondays. The center is the main stopping point for visitors to the Chippewa Moraine and adults and children of all ability levels can see and use the exhibits.
